START YOUR OWN MEMORY CAFÉ!
Are you affiliated with a library, senior center, religious meeting space or senior residential community? If yes, you may be the perfect site to start a Memory Café program for the older adults in your community!
Glenner-Certified Memory Café site fees are as follows:
- Initial Certification Fee: $495
- Includes training of one (1) Certified Site staff member as a Memory Café Facilitator, one (1) hour of phone consultation time quarterly with GGGAFC Memory Café Program Coordinator and email support by GGGAFC Memory Café Program Coordinator, as needed. Certification is valid for one (1) year.
- Annual Renewal Fee: $295.00
- Annual renewal fee includes all the above listed in initial certification, with the exception of facilitator training.
- Renewal requires an evaluation by GGGAFC Memory Café Coordinator including satisfactory demonstration of Memory Café Program at Certified Site.
- Additional Facilitator Fee: $95
- Fee for each additional trained facilitator at Certified Site.
