WHAT IS A MEMORY CAFÉ?

A Memory Café is a welcoming, safe environment often described as a “meet-up” designed to engage attendees in cognitive activities. The goal of the Glenner Centers’ Memory Cafés is to keep attendees mentally and socially active which research shows is protective of brain health.

Guest speakers are occasionally scheduled and community resource information is available. All family, friends and caregivers are welcome to attend

WHO CAN ATTEND?
Anyone who is concerned about memory problems and is wondering what to do about it can attend our Memory Cafés.
